To purchase an item on Grefl:

  • Find an item you want to purchase on Grefl.com.
  • Choose the options you want for that item, if applicable.
  • Click Add to cart.
  • Take any of these optional steps:
  • If you have one, apply shop coupon codes. Coupon codes are unique to specific Grefl shops.
  • Choose your preferred payment method under How you’ll pay.
  • Click View Cart from top of the page , review the items then click on Proceed to checkout.
  • If you’re signed in to your Grefl account, confirm your shipping address and payment details.

Under each product you can find several tabs, click on VENDOR INFO
This will show the information about the vendor , Click on vendor name this will open the vendor shop page on that page you can find
The contact vendor Form , fill the required fields and submit your inquiries.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a
confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the
expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the
delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can check the status of your order from your “orders” section in your account page on the website.

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

If your purchased an item, and the item still not shipped please contact us and provide us your order number, and the new shipping address information, we will update the shipping address as per your request and will send updated information by email.

From the contact us page you can send us using the contact form. In addition to that, you can select any contact method listed in the website footer section.

From the top menu, click on Register

This will open a registration / login page, select Register

Select I am a vendor radio button, fill all the required information correctly, read terms and condition
and you have to agree to be able to register, once you agree click on Register.

Click on Downloads either on top menu or from the quick links or vendors menu links in the footer section
Note: you should have an account to be able to download your items.

You should contact us to close your account, we may ask you to provide us with more information to verify your identity and ownership of the account.

You will receive an email to give a feedback on your purchased items, also if you purchased an item and you logged in to your account you are able to give a review for that item.

Usually we sent you email with your invoice details.

In addition to that if you logged into your account from orders you can view and download the invoices for any orders.

Yes, we have additional value added services and professional services we provide for our vendors. please contact us and we will provide you with the list of these services.
